MKPConnect Outage – InMotion Server Restored

The West Coast center of Inmotion – the host of the MKPConnect system – was experiencing connectivity issues that affected MKPConnect and Civi for about an hour earlier this evening. MKPConnect and Civi began performing slowly this afternoon, and were down for about 1.5 hours. This issue is not specific to MKP. It’s a general outage for the hosting company.

West Network Status

Connectivity Issues, West Coast Data CenterOur System Administration team has identified issues affecting our connectivity to West Coast servers. Customers with accounts housed within this data center may experience temporary connectivity issues to their website and email. No ETA is currently available but updates will be provided here as they become available. Which server am I on?

MKPConnect Update

We have restored the MKPConnect System. We are still looking at what may have happened in the system to cause the initial slow-down. Thank you for your patience.

MKPConnect.org Database Updates

The MKPConnect.org site has been taken offline while we work on a database issue that arose over the weekend. We will update our groups as soon as we have more information.
