The MySQL error has been resolved by our host company.
Since yesterday late afternoon we’ve been experiencing intermittent outages on MKPConnect.
The issue is at the database server level – not in any coded area that our IT Team has control over. Our hosting company has been working on the problem since yesterday. It was back online last night – but now seems to be offline again. We will keep you up to date with the issue as it develops. Thank you for your patience.
We have been experiencing an error in the Event Registration functions on MKPConnect that has resulted in some registrations not receiving confirmation messages. IT has done a ‘reboot’ and clean-up on the database that should resolve the issue. Finance will send out confirmations / receipts for all event registrations that may have been affected by this error.
We are taking MKPConnect down for about 10-15 minutes for maintenance [end]

Our hosting IPN is still experiencing some connectivity issues. There is no issue with our sites or systems. There was a short outage this morning at 8:30am eastern. Right now the status is normal. You can check the IPN status here: http://status.inmotionhosting.com/
MKPConnect is back up
The West Coast center of Inmotion – the host of the MKPConnect system – was experiencing connectivity issues that affected MKPConnect and Civi for about an hour earlier this evening. MKPConnect and Civi began performing slowly this afternoon, and were down for about 1.5 hours. This issue is not specific to MKP. It’s a general outage for the hosting company.
